What is Continental's connection bus service

What is Continental's connection bus service?
I have a flight going from Nashville(BNA) to Newark,Nj, And from there Im suppose to take a "Continental Airlines Flight 3162 operated by CO CONNECTION BUS SERVICE (on Bus)" What is this suppose to be? Is it an actual Bus? and where Do I board it?

Yes, it is a bus. Apparently you are going to a city without air service, so Continental has created a bus connection from Newark to that city. A number of airlines have done that from major hubs like Chicago and New York/Newark. When you get off the plane, ask the gate agent just outside the jetway for directions on where to catch the bus. I'm sure it is well marked.
